Great stuff

I used it for push ups at first but after getting 100 I tried it for other body weight movements and it works great. A simple and effective progression.

Calorie counter is WAY off, but a good app

On average, a person burns 8-12 calories a minute doing pushups. This counter has me burning thousands per day. You can see for yourself in the screenshots. Otherwise its a fine app, that has room for improvement. There could be more customization of the app, for example, working in standard and incline pushups into a routine and varying that throughout the training. It would also be neat to incorporate the proximity sensor into the app to count the number of pushups as the body lowers onto the phone.

The cal count is not correct but the intervaults and progressive training seem to be well balanced. Keep up the good work.

This app have really provided the needed motivation. The only thing I dislike is that, especially as the weeks progress, the jump from day to say gets much bigger and I found I had to repeat days before I could move on. Otherwise, this has been very helpful.

It got me to 100 pushups. Awesome. Its buggy (calorie counts) and the voice-overs are horrendous. Not awesome. Still, it works. Get yourself some muscles.

As said in prior post calorie counter is way off, I just wish it was true. Besides that great app

I couldnt do 5 proper push-ups at the beginning. Now I can do 7 sets of 30 easily! Upper body has transformed quickly keeping me motivated. As a woman I had to repeat the same day multiple times before I could move on to the next day. I highly recommend this app if you want to sculpt your biceps, shoulders, chest, and back.

Working for me

The app is challenging, I found I didnt improve as fast as it has you increasing reps, but I just redid the workouts till I was ready to move on. Up to 90 push-ups per workout, onward and upward!

Well Im just at week 3... But so far following the app perfectly... Will let you know if I make it to 100 :-)

Still has ads on paid version

The voice over is lower than low budget. There are no instructions on how to use the program. The instructions that are given are poorly written. When I open the app it takes me to the free version with ads then, I have to push the upgrade button to get to the paid version. Very suspicious.

Love it

Its Simple, easy, and all you need to get stronger. The app should suggest what your diet should be though. Diet is very important. Also there are a bunch of typos in the app, just so you know.
