Nice trainer that increases your ability to do push ups. Do them correctly and you will see improvement.

The app is solid and guides you through a 7-week training schedule to do eventually do 100 pushups. The developer is very responsive. The app plots your progress in some basic ways. Not many bells and whistles in the app, and sync/backup is a little complicated… but hey, it gets you doing pushups, and that’s a very good thing! Overall nice and simple. Sits on my home screen.
Does what it says on the tin!! Can be hard going with the sets they ask at times but just go back to a day previous and keep up. I have improved dramatically in the numbers I can produce.
First time Ive reviewed any app, but this one is beautiful. Dont know what else you could want for a push up app. Got me to 100 pushups as of today! Great job, developers!
A fairly straight forward, simple app. It gradually adds more push-ups to your workout. Definitely not a complete trainer (nor is it intended to be), but great for pre-workout warmup or a quick pump when traveling.
Provides reminders and is quite a challenge with the workouts!!
Even though Ive said "No Thanks" to rating this app every time I launch it the app asks again for me to rate it. So here is the rating it demanded.
Does not have a bunch of bells and whistles but does all I want. Tks!
Provides a plan to follow. Probably just as good as the next. Get the most cost effective one you can find.
I really like this app. You get enough rest between sets. You can customize you music and the works too. I would add a variation to the type of push ups during the sets and maybe increase the sets over time as well. But as a basic push up trainer. Its is a great app.
I started using this app 3 weeks before I had a fitness test. Before using this app I could do 55 in 2 minutes. After 3 weeks I could do 84 in 2 minutes.
It was a fine, simple, easy to use app then it was updated. Now it crashes. The slider at the bottom doesnt line up anymore so when you are on week 4 it gives you the final test workout. But not to worry because if you move the slider past week 4 the app crashes. Upgrades destroying good apps happens so often you start to wonder why its done!
Great app. I am really doing a lot more push-ups than I used to be able to. Super easy to use
Great for increasing how many push-ups you can do and once you hit the 100 mark it allows you to change the set amount to do so you can double that and keep improving. Love the interface and its simplicity makes this and the other fitness apps by this developer (sit ups, squats, and pull-ups) my favorite work out apps on my phone
Love the record keeper is a great idea for keeping track of your progress.
It has a great schedule and easy to follow simplicity. Highly recommended.
It is a great app for keeping me on track. Does everything I need it to.
The app was fine until the last week. The learning curve is huge, and sets 1-6 have a gap that is very bad. Set 1 goes from 22-32, but set 5 goes from 32-48. The same goes for the other sets. Set 7 is fine, because it only goes from 50-55. The program is called 100 push-ups, not cram everything into 6 weeks.
The upgrade came thru and now it doesnt display properly. Was a great ap, please fix!!
Its got me totally motivated!
