The only purpose is to motivate yourself to get fit and track your pushups. The app is ideally designed to help you with these goals
It does not do anything that a piece of paper would not do.
Well written app thats keeping me on track. 4 weeks in and Im seeing gains. At 51 years it may be to short of a time period to get to 50 in only 6 weeks. Ill likely just back up to mid-schedule and keep at it.
I like how the app helps you build up to more push-ups. What I think is missing is warm-up suggestions.

I like that you can access music from the app and the workouts themselves seem pretty decent. I had problems creating a profile. It cause the app to shut down. Not that it really matters, but I could only use one letter to create a profile name. The voice sounds a little robotic. Id like to be able to access all of the different workouts (pull-ups, etc.) from the same app.
Im only in week two but enjoying using the app to keep me motivated.
Best push-up app out there. Try their pull-up app also.

Finished complete program/ got ripped Quit exercising / gained 25 lbs. on week 4. Round 2. Weight is dropping off again. App is a great guide but there is only a 30 second warm up. They should add a longer warm up and some good pre-stretches as an option. Doing a workout as intense as this about week 4 you can hurt yourself if you do it cold. Warm up inadequate is why I gave 4 stars.
Waste of money. There are no instructions, and there are terrible audio sound bites that say "warm up" and "cool down". Who needs 60 seconds to do 6 push-ups? This app makes no sense at all. Attempted using it once and promptly deleted. Bottom line. This app is poorly designed.
App is easy to use. Best upper body workout without leaving the house.
Not particularly flashy, but it works! I wanted to get back into shape and this app was tremendously helpful. Very basic app but helps to keep you on a good regimen.
Great little app. Provides a step by step schedule to get you busting out 100 push ups. I have found it a compliment to my typical round of aerobics (swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, cycling, running) weightlifting, TRX, and Ashtanga yoga.
Already seeing progress with this. If you dont need the warm up and rest periods you can just skip past them.
I like this app. It keeps me on track.
